For more than 20 years, he has represented a wide variety of individual and business clients having tried in excess of 100 cases to verdict. These matters covered the areas of malpractice, commercial disputes, bad faith, automobile accidents, employment disputes and general negligence.
Bob has defended numerous health care professionals, hospitals, nursing homes, automobile and trucking companies and construction firms. His experience includes handling various insurance-related matters, including bad faith, subrogation and insurance agent and broker representation.
Both SuperLawyers (2007) and Best Lawyers in America have recognized Bob’s skill and experience. He received both his law degree and his bachelor’s degree from the University of Oklahoma, and is a member of the Oklahoma State and the Tulsa County Bar Associations.
