Attorneys in this practice group have significant experience in assisting employers with compliance and defense of the full spectrum of discrimination claims, including age, race, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, religion, and national origin—along with issues involving pregnancy and disability reasonable accommodations, equal pay, harassment, and retaliation.  These attorneys also handle wage and hour claims before the Federal Department of Labor and related state agencies.

The Firm frequently assist clients to draft compliant policies, counsel employers on employment-related decisions, update employment handbooks and policies, provide audit services to employers to assess and correct problematic employment practices proactively, and perform disparate impact analyses to ensure that employment decisions do not adversely affect a protected group.  The Firm also offers investigation services for its clients to respond effectively to EEO-related complaints as well as regular-interval EEO training seminars so that clients and their managers can stay up to date on compliant practices and changes in the law and to be able to respond to EEOC/state agency oversight.

Employment law is continually evolving and we make every attempt to stay in front of these issues to properly advise Firm clients.
