Print Full BioMarcus focuses his practice on commercial transactions and litigation, representing banks and other financial institutions, along with both small businesses and large companies. In addition to transactional work, he also handles a variety of business and insurance litigation matters.
SuperLawyers has recognized Marcus’ skill and experience since 2008, including naming him a “Rising Star” among younger lawyers in Oklahoma from 2008-2012. Marcus earned his law degree, with honors, from the University of Tulsa, where he was also articles editor for the Tulsa Law Journal and a member of Phi Delta Phi. He received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Louisiana at Monroe.
