Nathan represents clients in a broad range of matters involving business transactions and litigation, including commercial litigation, bankruptcy, insurance defense, subrogation, products liability, telecommunications law, employment law, administrative law, property disputes, construction disputes, general civil litigation, and corporate services. Nathan focuses his practice largely on legal research and writing in both the trial court and on appeal. Nathan practiced law in rural Oklahoma prior to joining Latham Steele Lehman in 2018.
Nathan earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan and his law degree, with highest honors, from the University of Tulsa College of Law. In law school, Nathan was an editor of the Tulsa Law Review and a member of Phi Delta Phi. He is a member of the Oklahoma Bar Association. While not watching University of Michigan football and basketball games, Nathan enjoys playing golf and attending Tulsa Drillers games.
