Print Full BioNeal, formerly V.P. and Associate General Counsel- Compliance and Ethics at ONEOK, Inc. in Tulsa, OK, has rejoined the firm and practices in the areas of compliance and ethics programs and antitrust. Prior to ONEOK, he spent most of his career at Phillips Petroleum Company where he served in various legal roles for a number of years, including chief antitrust counsel for Phillips. He also has held legal positions with Baker Industries, Skelly Oil Company and was a trial attorney with the U.S. Department of Justice, Antitrust Division.
Neal is a member of the Oklahoma and Texas bar associations. He earned his JD from the School of Law at St. Mary’s University, San Antonio, TX and his undergraduate degree from Grove City College in Grove City , PA. Neal also completed a mediation course at the Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution at Pepperdine University, Malibu, CA.
