Michelle Harris is a Partner in the firm’s Tulsa office.  She represents clients as a member of the firm’s Litigation & Trial Groups handling catastrophic injury and wrongful death claims.  Ms. Harris represents businesses and individuals throughout Oklahoma in state and federal court, serving as lead counsel in complex litigation including, Bad Faith Insurance Defense, Transportation/Trucking, Construction Defects, Products Liability and Medical Malpractice Defense cases.  

Ms. Harris’ practice is devoted to representing clients in a broad range of litigation matters and advising clients in areas of risk mitigation and complex business issues.  A seasoned litigator, Ms. Harris has successfully tried numerous cases to verdict before a jury and managed countless successful mediation, during her career. In addition to the court room, Ms. Harris has successfully obtained early dismissals of cases in both state and federal court cases without necessity of trial.
