We wrote the book on workers' compensation. With offices in Tulsa and Oklahoma City, we represent a variety of employers and insurance carriers, including self-insureds, with a client-focused approach to develop a plan of action to fit each individual company's needs. LKL represents many Tribal Nations and the Multiple Injury Trust Fund as well as a wide range of industries, big and small. We can offer our clients representation to address subrogation claims for injuries caused by negligent third parties as well as employment issues resulting from alleged retaliatory discharge.

When we said we wrote the book, we really mean it. We call it the “Pink Book,”  a comprehensive and easy-to-use reference guide that explains Oklahoma Workers’ Compensation Law  effective for dates of injury from 2014 forward. This guide contains current case updates as well as several important helpful information to help our clients navigate the claim process.
